Am a working woman grossly overweight. (translate as too busy to be bothered by mundane issues like loosing weight) After hitting the 40s, I feel my body is slowing down(protesting against the abuse)Have a full-time job, family and 2 kids, there is always something more important than walking, exercise...... And believe me, its always earth shattering reasons because of which I do not exercise. Its never laziness, lethargy, NO NO NO -those are excuses are for loosers-NOT ME.
